

Start: Anchor cable between shoulder and elbow height. Stand with cable at your side. Grasp cable with both hands. Hands should be placed in front of sternum with arms extended. Pivot on your back foot so your body is rotated toward the cable. Keep your front foot pointed forward.
Movement: Rotate your trunk by pivoting your back foot until it faces forward. Continue to rotate your trunk by pivoting on the front foot. Keep your hands in front of your sternum. Eyes and head should follow your hands.
Finish: Trunk rotated away from the cable. Back foot is now pointing forward and front foot is pivoted so it is facing away from the cable. Arms are extended and hands are in front of your sternum.
